A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste
My favorite album title ever (by Ministry) and literally true if one takes into account the deadly effects of Kuru. What I like about the title so much is the dark humor and the twist on the well-known slogan of the United Negro College Fund, “a mind is a terrible thing to waste.”
I suppose what little sliver of style I can lay claim to (amongst a thousand thousand other midnight typists) can be boiled down to those same ideas: a dark humor and a twist.
The Summer of Todd!
My sister and I formed a production company, Seedy Alley Productions, to create and produce independent films (and maybe some other media as well). Our first project, a short I wrote called “The Power of Freedom”, has been submitted to the Cannes Film Festival. We’ll be there to support. It will be shown in both the short film corner and the Marche du Film. Check out the trailer.
Another short is in production and I’m working on a feature-length romantic comedy script.
